At Sick Sequence, we believe in standing behind the products we make.

If your Sick Sequence product has a manufacturing defect with materials or workmanship, we'll repair or replace it for the life of the product. This guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear. If your pad is in need of repair from general wear and tear,  we suggest you check out our care guide here.

Change your mind? We offer free returns for any reason on unused items within 14 days of delivery. Contact us if you'd like to initiate a return.

We hope you understand that we cannot accept returns on used crash pads.
