Caring for your crash pad

Your Sick Sequence Crash Pad doesn't need a whole lot of care, but here are a few items to keep in mind:

  1. You don't have to clean your crash pad, but if you want to, use a damp cloth and dry it after you're done. Please don't use any cleaning chemicals--they may damage your crash pad.

  2. Please don't leave your crash pad baking in a hot car or any other hot places greater than 110°F (43°C). Doing so may damage your pad.

  3. Our pads are pretty bomber, but like any inflatable, it is still possible to cause a leak. Most pointy rocks are fine, but we recommend clearing the landing zone of any sharp objects before placing your pads down, including any rocks that are truly sharp (not just pointy).

  4. If you do accidentally cause a leak, it's a pretty simple fix. Every pad comes with a patch kit. Gorilla Tape works well too.
